Wearing a face mask correctly is mandatory in every public transport setting. While waiting at the bus stop, keep at least 1 metre away from other people.
The carrying capacity of buses and trams is set at 80% in order to comply with coronavirus physical distancing requirements. In case of potential risk, the driver may call law enforcement officers to intervene and, if necessary, stop the vehicle.
Board buses and trams through the rear door, exit through the middle door. This rule is also displayed on the glass decals on the doors of every vehicle.
An hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is at your disposal on board; we recommend that you sanitize your hands as you board. All vehicles are cleaned and disinfected every day.
Inside metro stations, entry (green arrows) and exit (blue arrows) paths are separate and are identifiable by specific signs located on platforms and on train floors in order to facilitate physical distancing.
